The company is run by team of officers and staff under the hands-on and direct supervision of the President. In operations and marketing, the Company relies heavily on outside sub-contractors for engineering and construction work and brokers and agents for marketing its inventory. 

Since its inception and through the years of successful operations, the driving and creative force behind the company has always been in the person of its founder, who ran the company from day to day with his unique hands-on style. Operations and marketing have traditionally been conservative and deliberate, making maximum use of outside sub-contractors for large projects. Thus, operations have remained “lean and mean” with moderate “no frills” type of overhead. Sales are “deliberately” moderated, but the upside to this is that this has encouraged the constant rise in value of inventory of land and housing units, and has proven to be good strategy in the long run.

They pursued projects aggressively when conditions warranted, as when they developed and partnered with Techno Asia, a large and aggressive Manila-based engineering and construction company with a good tract record in low, medium and high cost mass housing, commercial and infrastructure projects.
